This topic,on the basis of the top laser-controlled technology at home and abroad , designs a lower-cost and intelligent height-measurement system for fied landscape. This system has good performance and will be applicated very well in our country .This systerm includes mainly laser-receiving module,length control module, data storage module,display module,serial port module and data-processing module.The laser receiver, which is based on the principle of laser receiver for land leveling , is used for height measurement.This laser receiver will output a series of different data when the laser irradiates the laser receiver.some speed disk are fixed evenly at the tractor,s rear wheel,and the electromagnetic sensor is fixed at above the tractor,s rear wheel,at the same time ,the electromagnetic sensor must be aimed at one of speed disk. Electromagnetiv sensor will output a pulse as soon as one speed disk past the electromagnetic sensor. Counting the pulse,s number, Single-chip microcomputer controls the time when the system stores data. The system adopts AT24C02 chip, which belongs to a kind of E2prom and has I2c bus interface ,as the system,s storage. AT24C02 can solve well the problem that data will not be lost when the power is off,in addition,this chip can be erased many times .This system adopts LED as the display device.Having good brightness and seen conveniently by workers, LED has a simple structure and reasonable price.Having received the command for data storage, the single chip microcomputer firstly write the data in the storage and then read the data from the storage in order to send the data to LED for display. Obviously, it can be well proved that the data has been stored very well as long as LED display the data.Having captured all the data, the system sends the data to computer by serial port.Communication rate required by this system is not very high,and the transmitted data is not lager, so the system adopts RS-232C serial port;In the data-processing module,workers firstly compute the average height of all the field , at the same time , the average height is the leveling shovel,s reference height,and then workers compute earthwork transport volume,finally,workers make out the best driving route by analyzing leveing times、empty driving route、earthwork volume、work time and so on.Adopting optoelectronic integration technology and function module thoughts,this topic designs the vehicle-mounted and intelligent height-measurement system.When tractor with the system drives along the designed route,the system is able to capture data automatically and continuously .The system can achieve an accuracy of 11mm in attitude measurement .compared with other measurement system,this system, s efficiency is improved geatly.
