Drink-driving have been a long-standing phenomenon, it causes great harm to the public traffic safety. The heavy traffic accident is caused by drink-driving occur frequently. After drinking, alcohol has an important impact on the driver’s response ability、 coordination ability and judgment ability which are closely related with the driving skills. Slow respond and miscarriage of justice, make driver cannot drive safely, and a lot of people driving after drink by luck make drink-driving prone to occur and difficult to control. To control drink-driving behavior radically is the basis of a guarantee for traffic safety.In this paper, it thinks about that the alcohol concentration is difficult to detection accurately, and people have different levels of alcohol tolerance, so this paper do some research and design on this intelligent vehicle-mounted alcohol detection control system.First of all, I do some research on the relationship of alcohol concentration with distance and time in enclosure space. Through the simulation, the research tests different levels of alcohol concentration, under conditions of different distance and use support vector machine classify data into three categories according to the measurement of alcohol concentration, and lay the foundation for the further research and improve the reliability of the estimate.Second, the system uses the result of the classification which is handled by support vector machine to classify the driver’s breathes alcohol concentration when test drivers breathe alcohol concentration. When the breath alcohol concentrations ranges from20mg/100ml to80mg/100ml, the system will test the driver for response ability and coordination ability.when below20mg/100ml, the driver can drive vehicles, but the system will control the vehicle speed. When above80mg/100ml, the system will lock vehicle, and make the vehicle can’t driving.Third, the study establishes the testing system which test pilot reaction ability, eye-hand coordination and judgment capability and realize the alcohol detection control system for drink-driving more humane, intelligent control.Forth, this article designs control system’s main hardware circuit and test programs in details. Hardware circuit not only measurement alcohol concentration, but also join in the prevent remove part, speed test and control parts.At last, it uses cross validation method to test the data. Cross validation results show that the using of support vector machine can classification data accurately when only rely on time parameters and ignore the distance parameter. The classification results on the assumption that the distance between alcohol sensor and mouth unchanged when detection alcohol concentration, the precision can achieve96%or above, when the distance changed, through the different pretreatment method the precision can also reach more than80%.This paper studies the other vehicle alcohol detection control system and then designed the system. It join support vector machine and judgment of the driver’s driving skills in the Drink-driving control system. According to different breathe alcohol concentration, the system takes different measures. This design improved the measurement accuracy of the breathe alcohol concentration; prevent the driver’s fluke mind. And it can ensure the safety of driving, improve the public traffic safety, and prevent traffic accidents caused by Drink-driving effectively.
