At present the competition of domestic securities industry is becoming fierce day by day, so the primary goal of every company is the best customer service. For the securities company’s customers, as long as they have a mobile phone which supports MMS, they can enjoy the consultative service which is provided by the securities company in a new style, such as the report with pictures and the real-time stocks review, etc. Designing the multimedia message service platform for customers, because the message service platform which our company is using now, it has failed to meet the latest needs of the market in business development. In the part of consultative service quality and customer group management and system efficient operation, the platform is insufficient, and deployment of business is separate.In order to meet the needs of business development in future, and also for consultative services and customer management and system working, the technology support should be reliable, unite, highly effective. So this thesis put forward a new development need. This new message service platform used Spring2.5 technology as total framework of the programme. Its foreground mainly used RIA as WEB frame, which connected with the background by the database and internal API. Its service management of background mainly used J2EE. The maintenance and deployment of platform is quite simple, and it also has strong practicability and expansibility. It can meet the daily requirement of the company for the customer service.Through the platform development of the management subsystem and interface subsystem and transceiving subsystem, it built the correlative business model, realized the original design target, and met the requirement of the company’s business. Firstly, this thesis introduced the development need of platform, and then it introduced the architectural structure, including every subsystem function, analysis of development details and their realization styles. Finally, this thesis made a summary of the platform development, and made a conclusion of the knowledge which was used in the development progress.
