This thesis takes the research and development of satellite automatic tracking servo system as the background and deeply studies the initial alignment,stable tracking and other related technologies.Based on the analysis and study of the overall system scheme,the development process of the system hardware and software is discussed in detail,and the performance of the system is tested and analyzed.The main content of this paper is as follows:First,through analysis of the common stable tracking technologies and the combination of actual requirements,a stable tracking strategy combining INS feedforward compensation,program tracking and conical scan tracking is determined.On this basis,the working process of initial alignment and stable tracking of the system is elaborated.In accordance with the interface configuration and functional requirements of the system,the overall hardware design of the system is determined.The system hardware is mainly composed of three parts: the motion control unit,the drive unit,and the turntable mechanism.The selection of major components is completed based on the actual requirements of each component.At the same time,the design and development of the circuit board is completed.Then,the working principle of conical scan tracking technology is analyzed and studied,the implementation of cone scanning is demonstrated,and the MATLAB simulation is made.At the same time,the performance improvement schemes such as feedforward compensation and mean filter are designed for the traditional conical scan tracking technology.Based on the concept of modular design,the software components are determined.Based on the analysis of the open and closed loop control methods of the stepper motor,an improved closed-loop PID algorithm is selected as the core control algorithm.The software development of system initialization,data acquisition and decoding,initial alignment,and stability tracking module is completed.Finally,a satellite automatic tracking servo system is set up and the performance of the system is debugged,including the communication function between the main control unit and the sensor,the mechanical characteristics of the turntable,and the stable tracking performance under open-loop and closed-loop conditions.By analyzing the experimental results,the feasibility of the tracking strategy adopted by the system is preliminarily demonstrated.
