At present, the new round of energy revolution has kicked off.And the smart grid has become the new trend of the world’s electricity development. Smart electricity consumption is an important part of China’s Strong Smart Grid.It also can make contributions to the smart grid,achieving the goals of realizing the best allocation of power resources, reducing the electricity costs, and improving energy efficiency.According to the concept of smart electricity-consumed,the requirements of non-smart household appliances for smart electricity-consumed system was analysised, combined with the response mechanism of current electricity strategy of real-time pricing,and then the overall framework of the embedded household smart electricity-consumed system was established.The system could not only help electricity users realize the remote control on the non-smart household applications,but also make them response to lower power price with the smart switch designed below,solving the problems of the non-smart household appliances of its intelligent control and electricity-consumed efficiency.The system included three modules:smart meters,smart electricity-consumed ’control center and smart switch.Smart meters was used to transmit the real-time price information to the smart power control center through their serial ports,and the power price information could be given by the electricity companies.Smart electricity-consumed control center was used to transmit the timing information of low power price.At the same time, power users could have access to non-smart home appliances remotely based on Boa server,which was transplanted into the smart electricity control center,and then input the control information of non-smart household appliances and transmitted the low price information or remote control information to the smart switch connected to the non-smart home appliances with nRF24L01wireless transmitting module. And the control information was parsed through the smart switch,and thereby the non-smart household appliances was controlled.In the implementation process of the system.Firstly,the hardware circuit schematic diagrams of the simulation smart meter,smart switch and the wireless transceiver module were designed with protel99-SE,and their PCB boards were produced,and then debugged them. Secondly, the hardware and software platform for the smart electricity-consumed control center was established, and the embedded Boa server based on Linux operation was transplanted,and then the driver of nRF24L01wireless module was implemented.Thirdly,to achieve the remote control function of the smart electricity-consumed control system for non-smart household application, the login-in control interface and household appliance control interface for the electricity users to login in the system remotely and input the control information were designed and implemented,and then login-in CGI program and controlling CGI program for the electricity user to get login-in information and the input information to control household appliances were designed respectively.Finally,with the alarm function of RTC included in the smart electricity-consumed control center,the system could get the control informationof the moment of lowest power price,achieving its low power price control function.In addition,the data-field’s protocol of household application control information transmitted by the nRF24L01wireless module was also designed,and the process of parsing control information received by nRF24L01wireless module within smart switch and its code implementation were given.Finally, every function module of the smart electricity-consumed system was tested,and it turned out that the system worked well and steadily, achieving the desired design requirements. Meanwhile, the system was easy to be installed, with low cost but high efficiency and good promotional value.
