The Design And Implementation Of Automobile Sale Management System

With the development of national economy and the expansion of domestic auto market, automobile industry is confronted with enormous difficulties, not only on quality but also on auto industry informatization. The orders of vehicle sales company have greatly increased, the business is more refined and the division of labor is much more explicit. In the information-based age, the traditional sale module of autocar is facing new challenges:(1) Orders sent by fax is high-cost and inconvenient for management;(2) It’s unable to master the real-time inventory and the dynamic update information;(3) It can’t grasp vehicle information, so cause obstacles of sales shipment, These all impact the real-time interactive and effective information sharing between the different departments in the internal automobile manufacturer. So it is imperative to introduce the information technology into automobile sales field so as to improve work efficiency.This study was conducted on the basis of analysis of existing inadequate in the HB company, then through the detailed analysis for an automobile corporation’s actual business and proposed concrete solution. Then designed the system’s overall function of each module and the functions of each part. Besides, this paper also realized the design of database. In database designing, including concept design, logic design, and database tables from the establishment to the database each establishment, operation and other aspects designed in detail. In order to make the operation speed more rapid and convenient for later maintenance work, taking advantage of stored procedures in the overall design of system. In the system we used three-layer framework based on.NET platform to insure that it can be maintained easily.In realization part includes the implementation of stored procedure and each module.This thesis first analysis the current situation of automobile sale industry at home and abroad, and point out the significance of this research. Then sort out the demand materials, put forward new solution by referring to sail system’s design pattern. At last realize collaborative sales management system.
