Internet servers applications and a wide range of tele-operation technology, through the Internet to control the hardware devices in different places has become possible. Internet connected computers around the world, it provided for people to share data, pictures, images and even real-time images, but with the remote location or can not be separated from the real interaction such as intelligent robots. Web technology and robot control technology, resulting in Web-based remote control of the birth of the concept of the robot. Network-based Internet robot teleo-peration technology platform, expanding the operation of the remote distance, the realization of the arbitrary node access mechanism to adapt to the direction of remote management technology, robot technology is conducive to the promotion and popularization. Realization of the remote robot tele-operation robot control is the subject of research areas, which the industrial environment of the remote robot operations, telemedicine, remote diagnosis, remote education and remote manufacturing technology has profound practical significance.In this paper, a broad collection of research materials at home and abroad, Internet-based remote control of robot technology to conduct a comprehensive research and analysis, timely information on the latest research results, completion of the network of basic research robot.
