The design and development of multimedia video learning resources is always the hot point of educational technology. How to use multimedia video learning resources to arouse students’interest, to improve the results of learning is going to be seriously considered by all experts in educational field. Moreover, in recent years as the miniaturization and fragmentation of learning trend continues, how to improve the learning efficiency more efficiently, to lower cognitive load, to increase interaction of video learning materials, to play strengths of micro-video learning resources is the new research problems of video learning resources field.Micro-video learning resources is to divide the course teaching resources into small knowledge units, produce three to five minutes’representation, and make video clips resources according to the teaching regularity. Its character is strong interaction, short play time, and flexible playing pattern. It aims to make convenience for students’ self paced learning, practice, exploration and concepts construction by means of interacting and watching micro-video learning resources. It can be replayed over and over via video mobile terminal equipment, such as mobile phone, PDA, MP4and so on to promote knowledge skills, broaden the perspective of knowledge and deepen the knowledge construction level.This paper based on the research of resources of the experimental teaching building project on educational technology research method of central China normal university. It is part of the project research content. The study adopts data preliminary analysis and advanced statistics as the micro-video resources research contents, takes educational technology major undergraduates as experimental subject. Through experimental research and survey research, a comparison investigation on carryover effect of micro-video teaching materials is given from a multitude of perspectives, which provides reference suggestions for how to improve video resources’ teaching effects.Before the study, we develop micro-video learning resources using relevant software development platform. Then, we assign experimental subjects to experimental group and control group and design experimental implementation plans. After the experiment, we compare the learning effects of experimental group and control group through the independent testing and questionnaire. In the end, we compare and analysis the distinction on different presentation sequence of micro-video teaching resources during students’study, which have a certain influence on students’learning effects. The results of the research provide the reference for the development and application of micro-video learning resources in future.
