| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the work frequency of semiconductor chips,the popularity of mobile communication and the rapid development of microwave technology,dielectric materials have been widely used in the broadband micro-strip circuit and microwave integrated circuits.It’s of great significance for communications,media,defense and astronomy.The research method of composite material experiment can significantly speed up the development process of dielectric material with useful frequency spectrum response.Composite material experiment is an important part of material science.It is basic idea that prepare a large number of material samples in a substrate named combinatorial material chip,through a limited number of steps,and then rapidly characterize the material chip and screen out the required new materials.By this method,we can speed up the development of new materials.However,nowadays the high-throughput preparation and characterization system based on the experimental design of composite materials has the problems of difficult operation,decentralized data and low degree of intelligence,which restricts its application in material science research.In order to realize the high-throughput preparation and screening of material samples,improve the efficiency of new materials research and development,and then explore the potential laws of complex materials system,establish the material "composition-treatment-structure-performance" relational database,and finally realize intelligent material design,it is very important to design and realize the high-throughput intelligent preparation and characterization system based on the experimental design of composite materials.In this paper,a high-throughput intelligent control system based on composite material design is proposed.The design method and process of the high-throughput characterization system with material complex permittivity are illustrated.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)Based on the research status and problems of high throughput preparation and characterization system based on the experimental design of composite materials,the conception of high throughput intelligent control system based on the experimental design of composite materials is proposed.2)Firstly,according to the research needs of the test system,the theory of microwave system and the design of the test system are analyzed and demonstrated.3)According to the test system function and index requirements,completed the hardware design content,such as coaxial resonator detector,distance feedback module,motion control module,as well as system structure design.4)According to the working principle and working flow of the test system,complete the software of procedure control and data processing.5)By installing and debugging the test system in real way,obtains the test data and compares it with the recorded value in the literature to verify that the measurement capability of the test system meets the pre-formulated design index. |
