Along with the power system reform process, to meet modern, automation, information, and digital of the electric power enterprise construction requirements, information technology plays a major driving force for electric power industry group operating, development and management. Power information analysis system as the typical application of decision support system, with the aid of the software and information technology, realizes the electric power enterprise within different business of heterogeneous data integration, and solves the poor circulation of the enterprise information resources.The main purpose of this paper is to realize the application of ETL in electric power information analyzing system. This system uses three platforms, Oracle, Sagent and Cognos, to provide data modeling, data extraction and data show for the power system. ETL technology can achieve the data Extract, Clean, Transform and Load. For asset scale, production defect, electric load three modules, make requirement analysis, functional design, architecture design, data extraction algorithm design, and coding development. According to demand I draw table relationship and the fields mapping for conversion rules, compile ETL statistics, defect weeks statements and power grid load curve data, through the form and image showing analysis results. The conclusion is power information analysis system as the typical application of decision support system, with the aid of the software and information technology, realizes the electric power enterprise within different business of heterogeneous data integration and integration, and solves the problem of poor circulation in the enterprise information resources.
