In our country, the "harmony" or "good faith" principle has been always the core of the traditional commercial competition. And,"even bargain" is also been used by the philosophy of the business ethics at abroad. Customer supreme service idea has been considered as a weapon to overcome competitors.Mankind is to enter the21st century of its history. With the fast development of internet, commercial in cyberspace is also been rapidly developing. The ethical problems of business are to come into being. Cyberspace business is occurring in the virtual cyberspace world, but it is dependent on social reality. Now, people grant many franchises to cyberspace business causing disorders for environment of cyberspace. In our country,3Q War opened the curtains of cyberspace business competitions. Wars occurred in succession between Jingdong Mall and dangdang.com, also Alibaba and Yahoo. With the ever-fiercer contention, the business ethics of cyberspace is put on the agenda. Unlike traditional commercial competition, The dispute between360and Tencent apparently ignored the interests of consumers. The e-business competitors always leave consumers left. Titular, they give choices to consumers.In fact, they force consumers to do a choice in order to get best advantage.It is not only a great hurt to consumers, but also make more chaos for business competitions of cyberspace. it will affect internet development, and also it is detrimental to business in cyberspace. When business competitors in cyberspace make decisions, do they shall consider the consumers’ feeling as traditional business competitors? How consumers’habits or behavior influence business competitors’decision-making? On these bases of summing up the issues, business competitors should also follow the ethics rules of traditional business.
