Currently, with the market segmentation, the improved demand from customerand the maturity of network technology, the consumer market is undergoing rapidchange, and the margins of traditional business model of making profit turns more andmore narrow. Meanwhile, in response to the demand of customer, the entrepreneurturns to be inadequate more than before, there is a big problem to the survival anddevelopment of their company. Therefore, this article traced, from simple to complex,researching from the most basic business model, through analysis the relationshipbetween the commercial aspects, reaching the typical unit of the value network. Andaccording to researching their different characteristics, formulating the appropriatestrategy and the elements of designing of organizational model, so it can provide areference as to enhance the competitiveness of the Group’s organization.The first chapter, it introduces the present situation of researching about ValueNetworking and Mass Customization, and summarize the basic concept, finallysummed the embedded points which the value network applications in the masscustomization.Chapter II, in order to build the framework of value network system for the masscustomization, the value network combine theoretical study and the characteristics ofmass customization, form the value network system for different forms of productionunder the mass customization, including the definition of basic elements of thenetwork and setting up the basic framework of the process and system architecture.Chapter III, form the value network model based on the main core enterprise, forthe previous chapter, the theoretical study of the value network, through selectionbased on the main form of business, building a form of business organization,business processes and decision-making model, finally form the most best value chain model of building process on striking the value rode of the network.Chapter IV, the model of corporate decision-making based on the level ofanalysis and dynamic programming. Through the application of AHP and dynamicprogramming depend on the decision model to solve to find the best mathematicalmodel of the value chain. On this basis, by the different situations of time, cost,resources, established the different models to strike the optimal path.Chapter V, design of the value network optimization system on masscustomization. mainly using the JAVA language tool to implement. Through theestablishment of corporate databases (include the corporate members, capacity factor,the cost of capacity factor), of the function modules for the enterprisedecision-making, and of the design of interface features.Chapter VI, the application of network optimization system on the masscustomization. Mainly by the application of an industrial steam turbine bearingenterprise, research to verify the feasibility of the system and find problems to beimproved.Chapter VII, Summary and Outlook. First summarize the full text, as well as theproblems raised and directions to make better, and the last work, which is the outlookon the subject trends and prospects for generalization.
