Design And Implementation Of College Employment Management Based On Web

There has been the enlargement of the school scale and the number of graduates has beenincreasing, which is based on the great development of the domestic education course. Thephenomenon puts forwards further demands and standard for the rules and actual：effects incollege graduates employment. Nowadays the question urgently needing to be solved in thecollege employment management is that how to upgrade the informational degrees ingraduate employment and make better cooperation between graduates and units, and at thesame time meet each other’s demand and finally increase the employment rate of both theunits and the graduates.The paper, based the introducing and explaining the background and meaning of thecollege employment, in detail introduces all kinds of features and characteristics of graduateemployment in current stage, and in the meanwhile adopts the analytical pattern to meet thedemands of graduate employment in the employment direction center. The employmentmanagement information system adopts the most popular web technique as the generalstructure of the system, and combines the four-level web structure and MVC design mode,thus realizes the separation of the business logic and appearance logic, and simplifies thedeveloping and maintenance work. It puts Jboss quotation of open code in the applied server,while it uses integrated Tomcat in the web server. It uses JSP to make the web, to realize thesystem and the interaction of the users, and uses EJB combination to seal and do the logicprocessing.In the study, there are3kinds of users, students, administrator and enterpriserepresentatives, each of them can log into the system through their own entrance, and realizethe functions in their range. The system puts emphasis on the employment management,employment direction management and system management, and at the same time thismanagement system also includes several modules such as graduate administration, contractadministration, unit administration, employment information administration, statistics reports,student hometown check, employment information statistics, system set and managementlimits. The study, in detail, explains and discusses the developing and realizing process from theviewpoints of demanding module, parts developing, data visiting and system sets and detaileddesign. The system, in some degrees, finishes and implemented the general administrativework in the employment of graduates. It successfully operates the simple and quick servicesystem of units and students employment and thus greatly increases the efficiency ofemployment direction.
