At the same time, restricting user access sourceaddress, with the network access rules. The user can through a variety of ways tologin and use the system, including the local area network, fixed broadband Internet,mobile internet, and so on.The software totally completed transportation administrative law enforcementmanagement via management information system, which realized all softwarefunctions the management department requires. For example: it can finish a variety oflegal instruments of entry, printing, in case of approval, statistical reports as well asfile archive directory generation and so on. In addition to artificial investigation it canfinish all business. For unlicensed vehicles, if the owner or the relevant person to thearea of transport management department to apply for vehicle road transport permits,when the vehicle seizure of waiting during processing, the network administrationpermission management system will prompt, and lock the vehicle license.
