Recently, along with the emergence of the Internet as a pervasive communication medium and a mature video technology, IPTV emerges with the time require. However, due to the high bandwidth requirements, big blocks of datum and real-time nature of video, the transmission ability of the network are proving to be bottleneck in the widespread usage of video streaming over the Internet. In this dissertation, we design a content delivery system of IPTV in order to provide servicing for more access users with less bandwidth resources.Multi-Agent technology is one of the most important studies and active contents in computer science domain at present, it provides a new way for the research of distributed and real-time problems. Along with the Multi-Agent technology, this dissertation discusses a new method to deal with the content delivery problem of IPTV.First of all, the dissertation introduces content delivery of IPTV briefly, and discusses the index of performance in this system. Secondly, this dissertation puts forward the preliminary design of content delivery system of IPTV, expatiate on the process of the system, also the dissertation puts forward a memory evolution based reinforcement learning algorithm. Thirdly, based on the drawbacks of the present communication and coordination methods, this dissertation puts forward the communication and coordination method which is fit for the content delivery system of IPTV most. At last, this dissertation realizes the model and algorithm through experiment and analyzes the results of the experiment in order to verify the effect of this model and algorithm.
