On the basis of exact conditions and application demand, the paperdesign the security email systen, which strengthens the function modules, such as ID indentificaion, data encryption, key management, sending patterns of the email system,hoping to increase the security capability and communication efficiency of governmentinformation communication environment.The design pattern of security email system adopts encrytion technology like S/MIMEand designs the ID system, which consists of authority center, reliable third part email serverand data ending, and the first certification of user’s digital certificate was issued by thesystem through physical channels, which ensure the working effieciency and at the same time,in the largest degree, increase the security ability of the system. The system uses the securityprotection methods of all the aspects of email in the network transmission, strengthens theencode management system of the authority ending(digital certificate management center)anduser’s digital ending, which increases the security of encoding keys. Taking advantage ofmethods of the combination of public encryption and adopts the communication endingidentification and mangement mechanism based on reliable third part server, which can meetthe demands of group enterprises and government to the email system network and securityand sensitive information communication.
