Three-dimensional radar scanning technology is a new kind of high-tech measuring technology which is non-contact and can obtain mass of3D point cloud data of objects to reconstruct the object surface in a short time. And after some follow-up data processing,objects can be reconstructed by the obtained point cloud data.In this method,the surface model has the characteristic of fast speed, high precision, strong sense of reality,free from the influence of surface complexity. Three-dimensional radar scanning and data reconstruction technology has rapid development in recent years, which has been invested in many engineering areas.Based on the research object of the scanning three-dimensional point cloud data,we studied the key surface reconstruction technology and proposed an improved triangular mesh reconstruction method. Analysed some key issues to the surface reconstruction process, the main research work are as follows:1) Pre-processing technology of point cloud data. In this paper, analysing the denoising of point cloud data, data smoothing and the three-dimensional transformation of the point cloud space technology, we took some specific approaches for different types of point cloud data and studied the general principles to be followed in the point cloud data pretreatment.2) The construction of triangular grid of point cloud data model. In this paper, the triangle mesh method of point cloud data was carried out in-depth study. We analyzed and compared point cloud triangular mesh generation algorithm at home and abroad, and combined with the advantages of the plane and space triangulation algorithm, a triangulation algorithm was proposed,which can improve the construction speed and the network effect3) Post-processing of the mesh model. On the basis of the triangular mesh model, we optimize the mesh and take the mesh texture mapping with the parameters method,which can render the texture pattern of the three-dimensional model clearly and has a strong sense of reality.On the basis of the above theory, using the VS2010, combined with OPENGL and Matlab, We have developed an experimental prototype system, which is designed to deal with the Lidar scan point cloud data.With the ground three-dimensional radar scanning system, we obtain the point cloud data, and analyse the relevant algorithms to verify the the feasibility and effectiveness of the method and idea. |
