With the development of computer technology, as well as the practical application of computer technology, reverse engineering has become indispensable in many important areas. The key technologies of Reverse engineering currently included 3D point cloud data acquisition, massive point cloud data preprocessing, 3D reconstruction, and model reduction techniques. Reconstruction of 3D point-cloud is the key and most important part of reverse engineering. 3D point-cloud data is the input of reconstruction technique,and the output is the 3D surface model through certain calculations and algorithms.In order to represent three-dimensional model from scattered point-cloud, the process of surface reconstruction is needed. Construct the actual object surface model with the computer digitized representation according to the scattered point cloud data Triangular mesh with its simplicity and practicality features have been widely used.Triangulation algorithm of scattered point-cloud is divided into direct and parametric method. Direct method build topology geometry represents a point cloud model Directly in 3D space, with higher spatial and temporal complexity. Parametric algorithm quickly triangulate in the parameter field. For the above, this paper propose a method for rapid construction of scattered point cloud for triangular mesh based on parametric algorithm and. And this paper do a in-depth research and implementation on the parameters of the triangulation point cloud segmentation algorithm, no mesh parameterization, mesh stitching and mesh optimization technology.This paper proposes an innovative method can robustly fill the holes in 3D mesh model based on boundary characteristics-growth method. The triangle mesh filled with can greatest maintain the geometric features of the original model.This paper Implement an application and research platform which can achieve the reconstruction of 3D point-cloud data. The platform not only can be used in the 3D reconstruction process of industry, computer simulation, virtual reality, game development and other areas, but also can serve as an important tool for scholars doing research on the relevant key technologies of 3D reconstruction.
