With the consciousness enhancement on energy saving and emission reduction,environment protection by human beings, also with all countries formulated the policy ofenergy saving and emission reduction, an increasing number of people are using newtechnology, new craft and new equipment with energy conservation and environmentalprotection in industrial production, civil and commercial field. Electromagnetic inductionwelding equipment is one of them. The technology of inductive welding was widely used inindustrial production in all fields for its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving,environmental protection, safety, fast heating and controllable good.The core of inductive welding equipment is inductive welding power source. Along withthe development of the electronic semiconductor power devices, induction welding machineis developing rapidly, and it has gradually formed a fixed structure form. At present, scholarsaround the world are still researching on induction welding machine. They are mainly in themain circuit topology structure, power control method and load automatic matchingtechnology. What they have done is strive to be more efficient and convenient on inductivewelding power sourceAccording to the above, for the commonly used inductive welding power supply with lowpower factor and larger harmonic content input, this subject designed a new kind of inductionwelding power source. The paper firstly gave research on rectifier, DC transform and inverterof inductive welding power source, then figure out its circuit topology. In order to take thebest circuit control strategy at all levels, we analyzed all kinds of control strategies. With thestructure model of the main circuit and control circuit, the inductance and capacitance andcorresponding control parameters of related control strategy were calculated in the fourthchapter, and using the simulation of MATLAB on the main circuit and control circuit model.Simulation shows the accuracy of all level circuits and their control algorithms. During thesimulation of the whole system, it analyzed the possible three cases in the process of inductivewelding. It turned out to be that the whole induction welding power source system has a goodstability, fast response and the perturbation resistance. It introduced the test platform ofconcrete construction scheme in chapter 5. The system used TMS320F2812 DSP of TI as thecontroller, also built the peripheral sampling circuit, driving circuit and protection circuit ofDSP and designed its program. The last chapter summarizes the research achievements andthe shortcomings I ran into in the research process, and it put forward the improving directionof induction welding machine that designed in this paper.
