Currently in the whole world, with the rapid development of science and technology, themodern power converter equipment and other related products are widely used in the industryand the lives of people. This would lead to problems with abundant harmonics, low powerfactor in power network. Harmonic current causes two problems, firstly it reduces the powerquality, threatens the safety not only the power network but also the users, secondly it makesthe compatibility of the power network smaller and leads to the magnetic compatibilityproblems, these problems need to be solved urgently. APF is one of the most effective ways tosolve the above problems, so the paper chooses the APF as the research object. The thesisanalyses the control methods of APF and make some innovation so harmonic compensationand power factor correction can get better performanceThis article builds up the circuit equations of the three-phase parallel active power filter,there is coupling among the three phases through analysis of the equations, then adopt thespace vector hysteresis control method to optimize the switch logic and improve thecompensation effect. Finally build up three-phase parallel active power filter simulationmodel in the environment of Matlab2008R a/Simulink2008Ra.Simulation results verify thebetter harmonic compensation performance of space vector hysteresis control method.
