The piezoelectric sensor can be measured non-electricity conversion for easy follow-upcircuit to measure electrical signals, and has a small size, high reliability, high sensitivity,excellent performance, and thus it is more widely used in the dynamic test. The chargeamplifier is essential in the follow-up measurement circuit of piezoelectric sensor, chargeamplifier stage is the core component of the charge amplifier stage due to high internalresistance can be better to pick up the weak amount of charge generated by the piezoelectricsensor , and the output voltage is proportional to the amount of the charge amount. This paperfocuses on the high-frequency response of the charge amplifier stage, specifically in thefollowing areas:1) Introduction of the piezoelectric crystal piezoelectric effect, the working principle ofthe piezoelectric sensor and the sensitivity coefficient, the equivalent circuit of thepiezoelectric sensor and piezoelectric sensor measurement circuit theory analysis.2) Details of the charge amplifier circuit module design, and pointed out their functionsand working methods and analysis of the respective transfer function.3) A detailed analysis of the principle of the high frequency response of the chargeamplifier stage obtained transported to release the loop gain of the high-frequency response,so the dynamic characteristics of the op amp to support this view, and compare the twodifferent op-amp chip OPA340 and OPA301 charge amplifier stage high-frequency responseperformance.4) Band angle from the test system analyzes the different op-amp charge amplifier stageoperating frequency the difference between the simulation and mathematical softwareMathcad.5) Preliminary analysis of the low frequency response of the charge amplifier stage.6) Design the actual circuit of the charge amplifier stage and a series of measured data, acomparative analysis and discussion on the measured data and theoretical analysis by the above theoretical analysis and simulation。...
