With the development of information and automation technology, thecommunication between man and machine has not rigidly stick with the traditionalbuttons, keyboard, mouse and display devices which separate to the device. The touchpanel integrated with the display device, which is more intuitive at human-computerinteraction, is constantly in-depth people’s daily lives.This article completely original designed and produced a variety of PVDF-basedpiezoelectric touch panel. The piezoelectric touch panel not only achieves the human-computer interaction of traditional capacitor resistive touch panels, but also expandsperception of force as a new dimension of the human-computer interaction.According to the structural design of the piezoelectric touch panel, the PVDFpiezoelectric membrane which is assembled with screen is provided by the ShenyangKexin Company. We designed the outer frame structure of the panel and positioningsystem, and then handed it over to the factory to product. We build the piezoelectrictouch panel test environment from nothing.The original content includes not only the structure analysis, design, andoptimization of the piezoelectric sensor part of the touch screen, also covers the chargecollection, digital control, signal acquisition, positioning drives, and other aspects of theanalysis, design, and optimization. Analog circuits and digital circuits in part throughthe procurement of dual in-line chip with self-designed PCB circuit board weldingproduction, the overall external circuit can be a high degree of reuse; computer-sidedriver is using the MATLAB-based secondary development, self-definition transferagreement, and original design a touch location positioning algorithm, the driver canrecord the position and intensity of the touch and display it real-time on the screen.We achieved the basic functions of the touch panel by the entire piezoelectrictouch screen system design and production as well as external test environment. Thebest accuracy of the piezoelectric touch panel can reach0.5mm. For the50mm×50mmpanel the resolution is100×100, which can meet the demands of the human-computerinteraction, and also can collect the intensity of the collection.
