With the advancement of IC and RF technology, wireless communication whichdevelops fast is widely used in all walks of life. The data acquisition system based on wirelesscommunication technology has many advantages , such as simple circuit , low consumption,small volume , low cost and so on. These advantages are better to solve the problems whichappear in some areas where it is too complicate to set wiring or difficult to do so. This systemis applied in some hostile experiment environments , such as complicated terrian conditions,explosion, penetration and so on relatively. During the process of projectile penetrating intomedium, the temperature of the projectile’s surface will change. These acquisitions oftemperature data is meaningful for the adjustment of the trajectory.Based on the advantages of wireless transmission,this article which combines wirelesscommunication and data acquisition, makes a general plan about missile-borne wirelesstemperature acquisition system.It introduces the operating principles and the functions of itsmodules. This system uses K thermocouple to acquire temperature datas.The datas will bedeposited into the outer SRAM after filtered and enlarged by the signaofconditioning circuitand converted by the ADC of C8051F340.While the data acquisition completes,the systemwill send and receive datas through the nRF24L01 RF module,and then the received datas canbe transmitted to the PC software or deposited into non-volatile memory.And then,thehardware circuit,control program,Rf antenna and PC software have been designed.Finally,todo experiments about testing the functions of modules and the whole system. The results ofthe experiments show that the data transmission of the RF module,penetration performanceparameters and the temperature data acquisition achieve the desired results.This system canacquire temperature datas stably and reliably.
