Vast amounts of video and audio data to become TV producer’s most valuable asset, its security is of paramount importance.This paper analyzes characteristics and background of the shared video and audio file security access and control base on television editing network. Here to discussing the main solutions of the file security access and control around the IT industry. Base on large-scale non-linear editing technical requirements, to found a no affect the efficiency of their work the idea of secure access to shared data. The approach of software engineering to be adopt from the needs analysis, structural design and detailed design.In engineering practice, this solution has applied in security access control of P2 mobile storage card which designed for the camera in case of Beijing TV editing network, to effectively solve tough challenge of the rich media file sharing security, and supply a power tools for the mobile media management.
