In the modern society that full of competition, many enterprises are faced with all aspects of the challenge. The system operation smoothly or not, that show the competition in software and hardware strength.Normally, the busy time for the system is relatively fixed, and the free time is relatively much too longer. When the enterprises need to improve the efficiency of the system in busy time or to speed up the processing speed, that if a simple system will be a single hardware upgrades or internal system optimization, it only can improve a system efficiency, to the enterprise overall structure and long-term strategy without any improvement. With the enterprise expands, the enterprise internal data and the internal structure of the system also will become complicated. This kind of way will give the method of system administrator to bring more work, and will increase the more massive virtually hardware procurement costs and the cost for person. How the enterprise system become unity distribution, is become a necessary question when the architecture be set up.This article is built sufficiently on the existing system environment in a life insurance company, analysis and finds the existing problems in the system interactions, especially the current lack of resource distribution mechanism service and other intermediary company data sharing of low efficiency in interaction.In order to better solve the problems encountered in the business, and to better support life insurance company and intermediary between the company business development, it is necessary to set up a mature and effective system to support life insurance company to intermediary related business management and processing and intermediary company of trade between data. Take IT as an opportunity for the company, integrate internal all system resources, based on a limited extending IT system resources, the maximum reasonable offer enterprise customers to use the resources of ability. Reduce IT system resources of free, and hardware resources waste in the same or minimum cost investment increase system processing power and efficiency.This article uses of software engineering, the basic principle of the thought and puts forward a realize resource allocation and intermediary company exchange data system solutions, we design and implement "interface platform" system, which draws on the concept of cloud computing, message-scheduling control as a means of using existing SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) technical integration of existing applications as services.The system integration IT resources management, dynamic resource distribution, intelligent strategy, reduce cost, flexible upgrade tolerant recovery, flexible service level agreement, and the new business model data interaction.
