Knowledge-Based Intelligent Business Management System

With the depth of informationization, the information system of enterprises, institutions and government departments has been becoming more and more sophisticated and matured:the scope of information management expanded, the fineness enhanced and the amount of information to be dealt with increased exponentially. So it has become a key factor for the information department picking out what is necessary and of real value fast and efficiently from massive data. This paper proposed and implemented a knowledge-based intelligent business management system program that could be of great help to solve this problem.In the first part of the paper, the relevant technique about knowledge-based intelligent business management system, the business needs based on this management platform, the objectives and the design idea are briefly introduced.In the second part, the overall design of the platform, the system modules and their inner cooperation to achieve interoperability between business needs and development goals are described. Specifically, the design and implementation of two modules which the author participated in, the intelligent resource management sub-system and the intelligent knowledge base sub-system, are discussed in more detail.Intelligent resource management sub-system provides users with completed resource management function, intelligent topological management function, comprehensive alarm monitoring function and variable statistical reports function. Besides the adding, abstracting, modifying and resorting functions, resource management function also provides recording all the information on equipment maintenance and configuration change information function, making all of the equipment operation well documented. Topological management function can intelligently generate dynamic topology according to the resource configuration information and related information, to help users sort out the complex resource and business relationships, to enhance maintenance cost estimates efficiency and to make the fault resource orientation more convenient. Monitoring function can provide comprehensive configured monitoring and a variety of alarm modes. On the other hand, intelligent knowledge base subsystem follows the step of Expert System in the artificial intelligence field. Through artificial entry, self-learning and knowledge accumulation, intelligent knowledge base subsystem ultimately partly replace the experts in the field to provide users with professional solutions.In the third part of the paper, the complete test of the system platform and the associated debugging with the FBI are given, and some test cases are attached.At last, according to the discussion, knowledge-based intelligent business management system is of actual use for the information sectors to improve their working efficiency and flexibility and gives impetus to the informationization of enterprises, institutions and government departments.
