With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, and mprovement of living standards, people’s demands for more bandwidth, visualization and mobile multimedia services of wireless communications is growing increasingly. Therefore, the major special project of "next-generation broadband wireless mobile communications network" was launched. The support study of this paper which called "wireless mobile broadband spectrum planning and interference analysis" is a sub-topic of the major special project.Long Term Evolution (LTE) which proposed by 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) is a "quasi-4G" technology, its evolution version, LTE-Advanced, is the most promising candidate technology of IMT-Advanced. Especially, LTE-TDD technology has been dominated by Chinese manufacturers, it can be said that the deployment of LTE in China is only a matter of time and the major special project also focused on LTE-TDD. The interference analysis of LTE before its deploying is of great significance: (1) to plan the increasingly tight resource of spectrum properly, which could provide strong supports for radio resource management, (2) to avoid interference between systems, which could ensure the normal operating of relevant systems, (3) to provide technical requirement for equipment manufacturers and operators.This paper studies standards of LTE, digital television, radar, cluster communication, satellite fixed and mobile satellite service, especially the RF characteristics of those systems. And designed a practical system-level Monte Carlo simulation platform for the interference analysis between LTE and other LTE networks, digital television, radar, cluster communication, fixed and mobile satellite service in same frequency or adjacent channel condition. This simulation platform is based on matlab, user interface, simulation modeling scene, RF node generation, link generation, pathloss calculations, interference calculation and ACIR calculation are mainly research on function design of this platform. In aspect of simulation programming, this paper focused on operability, reliability, scalability and operational efficiency.After the simulation platform completed, by comparing the simulation result of LTE interfering LTE with the result of other research institutions in 3GPP Recommendation in the case of identical configuration parameters, the reliability and credibility of the platform are verified, and the software copyright is obtained. Finally, the paper shows some interference analysis result using the platform.
