With the revolution of software technology and development of information society, the requirement of software has the tendency of variety, changeable and comprehensive。Especially the large comprehensive integrated system has many independent and isolated module function, which has different distributed future of themselves。These character includes:location in the different physical place and network environment and different access authority; heterogeneous storage which having different type of database or file storage system。The character of system construction and integration give the obstacle to the end user to visit the service, and also make the efficiency of resource usage lower than the expectation。To keep the step of information evolution, it is very important to keep all heterogeneous data and service to one shared platform, to do more reasonable design and schedule with the resource, and to construct a flexible and quick-response architecture. That is the research content and direction of the thesis.The paper is under the background of ITS(Intelligent Transportation System) practical engineering project, to do the research about how construct a well-interaction of homogeneous data of large traffic system based on the SOA software design architecture。With the requirement which needing quick access to the service of homogeneous data in the ITS system, the research based on the WCF architecture make the process of custom-publish to the specific goal. The design of dictionary with the custom-publish pattern can reuse the system at the most. Combination of those aspects makes the perfect solution to the project.
