With the development of communication technology and the diversification of communication services, signaling system has been increasingly widely used in various areas of new business. Mobile packet switcheddomain monitoring system has played a crucial role in real-time monitoring and maintenance for packet switchdomain signaling network. By capturing, generating, analysising all kinds of signaling messages, implementing operate and support functions. And by providing powerful and rich functions such as various topic applications, effectively ensuring the smooth and efficient of packet switchdomain.Bring flow control into mobile packet swithedomain monitoring system will play an important critical role in promoting the development of mobile date services. Implanting critical devices at Gn/Gi interface to monitor links, network elements, terminal, users, and services providers comprehensively. Provide congestion detection and flow control, network elements security, business hotspots found, analysis of user preferences, service provider management, user network interaction and other features.Flow control function can provide operation and maintenance, operations and services means for network, business and users; it ensure network operated efficient, security and at light loads. It provides hign-quality and reliable mobile data services to provide customers with a variety of services, service in network operation and maintenance and support business development.This research paper concerns, which is expected that research DPI, DFI and other related therories and assess the status of domestic telecom operators to intergrate theory with practice, explore a suitable flow control system solutions for the Chinese telecom operators and current trends in mobile communication network.This research paper is divided into the following phases:analysis of system theory-research advanced DPI/DFI technology mechanism and analyse the close relationship between the DPI/DFI and telecom operators, get the overall solution design of flow control system including system function design and technical framework; functional verication-to a Chinamobile province company, verify the design model and future development prospects.The function model design has been sufficiently validated. Data and the effect has been recognized by the maintenance personnel and supervisors. The effect in P2P service control and monitoring of user traffic is obvious.
