With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, it has been integrated into the lives of every one of us, people’s demands of mobile communication and high-speed Internet access are gradually growing, so it is slowly but dramatically changing our lives. Especially the fourth generation mobile communications technology as represented by LTE is flourishing. It will bring more development to the new mobile Internet. Currently, one kind of LTE technology --TD-LTE, with our country own intellectual property rights, has been began testing and trial operation stage in China。So I believe that this technology will change the lives of each one of us very soon.Inter-system interference is a most important issue of the wireless communication. In the testing phase of TD-LTE, It was found that TD-LTE 40 bands and ISM band used by Wi-Fi is close proximity, there can be some interference. But if this is normal inter-system interference, many ways can be isolated. However, in this issue of in-device interference, due to device space limitations, can just rely on the hardwires such as filters, antennas, and other techniques to isolate the interference, but this demand for hardware design and hardware requirements are very stringent, since to the role is limited. The issue is to consider the use of radio resource management algorithms to avoid such interference occurs, the terminal equipment to ensure that interference does not affect the user within the normal communication. This has been further development of multi-terminal modeling, various wireless communication technologies are integrated with the development of situation. As a result, it is very practical significance.Through the TD-LTE and Wi-Fi interference with the band calculation and analysis, interference can be found only in close proximity of the two, while the other half of the TD-LTE band is not much interference will not have a significant impact. As the current resource allocation algorithm, the base station side is not aware of this interference by changing the effective use of resources block to avoid. Therefore, we can radio resource management algorithm to optimize the allocation of resources, largely from the frequency of use can reduce both the likelihood of interference between the two systems. The core of this program is to issue the allocation of resources, maximize the user priority that with in-device interference. This can ensure that this part of user can select the best resource block to work. Although to some extent, the user’s fairness is reduced, it can ensure this part of user’s normal work and improve overall system performance. Finally, simulation results show that performance of this program with less SINR user is more obvious.
