Research And Design Of Unhealthy Information Monitor System Based On The Network Of Operators

With the continuous development of mobile internet, accessing the network information has become indispensible in the life of all walks in the society. As the enrichment and evolution of terminal capabilities, access methods, transmission technologies and applicaitions, the development of information technology has brought more varieties of services, which have the characters of diverse, multi-channel and high diffusion. However, it also brings the challenge of network content monitoring. Mobile website content varies greatly, and some sites include vulgar bad information, causing adverse effects on the social environment.As the Internet access service providers for the users and the channel providers for the information applications, mobile operators can control the access network and manage the bearer network directly. Therefore, it will be more effective to monitor and audit the informations via constructing unhealthy information monitoring system upon the operator’ network. To develop the business, operators is innovating the business model and providing more and more access methods for the users, which increase the complexity to monitor and manage the network content that the users visit. In the face of such situation, we should do more research on the unhealthy information monitor system to meet the requirements.For the operator’s requirements of information monitoring, the mainly purpose of this paper is to research on the technology about the information monitoring and design the unhealthy information monitoring system based on the operator’s network, including the system functions and network architectures.The content of this paper include the deploying network environment of the system, related technology of information monitoring, function architecture and modular design of the system.The unhealthy information monitor system achieve the real-time collection and monitoring of the information on the up and down lines when users visit the network. The URLs of the unhealthy content indentified by the system would be submitted to block system in the form of blacklist. The monitor system will provide important support for the operators to govern the unhealthy information.
