At present, with the development of information industry, Information Security has become the key problem which stunts Information Industry. The research of Information Security is mostly about IDS, Firewall and other traditional security technologies; Moreover, the Interior-Monitoring and Supervision of Information System have been neglected. Consequently, Information System Security is faced with serious Interior threats. How to strengthen Information Audit is becoming the key problem to be solved. The thesis is based on the National Innovation Funds Project—"Application Process Audit System"which is developed by Nanjing G.E. International Software-System Co.Ltd. APA provides a Security strategy for users'application environment.Considering employee's unauthorized operations and misuse of the information, the thesis constructs a Distributed Information Audit Platform Based on Muti-Agent (DIAP). First of all, the thesis introduces traditional security technoloies briefly; Secondly we put forward the preliminary design of DIAP. DM technology is introduced to mine audit logs, make analysis and make real-time security strategy for administrator. The thesis also introduces multi-agents into the distributed user's environment; At last, we put forward the detailed test plan which proves that the DIAP meets the requirements of the system. This system provides an interior reliable security audit environment for Bank, Bond Department, Insurance, Government, Corporation and so on. Now the DIAP has applied successfully in the 28th institute of Nanjing, the 60th institute of PLA,the 10th institute of Chengdu and Industrial and Commercial Bank of Jiangsu Province.
