With the development of the information industry, the management construction of college campus has changed a lot. Along with the third wave of information period, most of the department has involved in an independent or linkage information systems, such as the teaching system, researching system, management system and daily life system. Due to explosion of school application system, information communication of each system is badly needed. At most time, it also needs real-time information exchange. It is already the extension and expansion of the traditional mail service. So if we combine and integral all the system, realize the real-time exchange technology, we can make the school applications more efficiency and effective, also it can improve the accuracy and timeliness and liberate teachers from the routine business.In nowadays, the 3G products has been widely used for campus management. It not only reflects the spirit of innovation and researching, it also creates a perfect circumstance for the Internet of things technology. In this paper, we use the wing machine tong product as the example of 3G. In the past, wing machine tong was not used so widely and efficiently, so the function was not play well. Now we use wing machine tong on the platform of campus information system, which can overcome a lot of disadvantages before. Also it will make teachers and students communicate faster and more convenient.First this paper analyzes the present problems on 3G product especially on the product wing machine tong. Also we discuss the technology details on campus information system. Based on the technology above, we analysis the platform system on all campus information resources and the structure for the entire system. It can provide stable system, efficient work, friendly interface and various businesses. In this paper we realize an open, equal, functional platform, which uses a lot of new technology such as distribution component, data storage and transport protocol. Especially, this paper comes up with a new concept called operation support module and establishes a technical framework and core business entity model. As an example, we describe the major subsystems demand function and analysis the business process design.
