Risenet Technology In The Application Of The State Information Center, A Document Management System

E-Government business requirement is one of the most important contents in the government informationized construction in our country, whose core technology is workflow. Considering of workflow technologies used in E-Government business system are varies and complicated in current time, and the related software products are hard to adapt the situations, a new method is proposed, which is a dynamic E-Government business workflow, by embedded procedures in the system dynamically. Under this method the static workflow templates are expanded to being used dynamically, with the solid combination of Workflow Management Coalition standards and office work knowledge. Now time, the method has been applied to the official document circulation in E-Government business system, and obvious improvement of the electronic office environment has been achieved.First discuss the State Information Center of Document Management System in the process of customization and management issues. Clear of the workflow technology based on RiseNet toward the "center" of document management system. On this basis, it discusses the function of central document management system, analyzes the core process based on the "center" business, and discusses the workflow technology based on RiseNet Center Archives Management System frame. The core technology of workflow engine, which can describe the actual official document processing by reading XML document defined under the RiseNet standard format to control database operation and by recording the data across the workflows. The workflow operating authority, page level operations are achieved by the definition of the XML document. Because the XML document is easy to read, workflow definition and modification can be done by the users themselves. Taking into account the actual condition of "center", it analyzes the detail design of user management system and data management system.Thus the official document requirements are fulfilled by using the technology and the workflow is more close to the actual situation, which make the work efficiency to be raised obviously, with the system being more robust and expandable. Finally, the scalability and the center of document management system are analysed.
