With the promotion of the concept of relationship marketing, customer relationship management (Customer Relationship Management CRM) applications in the enterprise more and more widely. It not only provides an integrated customer-centric platform for coordinating various departments and processes of interaction and cooperation between sectors, but also to a variety of enterprise data for analysis, large amounts of data found from the law to help decision-making.Along with the diversification of customer needs and personalized business succeed in the fierce market competition to win, it must according to customer’s different needs for customer segmentation, targeting different customer base, providing different services. The data mining technology can be a good customer from a large number of complex information, identify different customer information to make business more convenient for different customers, different product designs and marketing model. At present, based on data mining of customer relationship management, or not too much, and its application in reality is very few, for the study of this thesis, there will be more important.In this paper, based on data mining technology, customer relationship management in the banking sector, especially for the classification of bank customers in the application, using data mining techniques can be found in large amount of customer data in useful information and knowledge, and thus can effectively enhance the customer relationship management quality, to achieve the purpose of improving the competitiveness of banks. The content of the commercial bank’s customer relationship management, the gradual implementation of a certain significance.This paper is committed to enterprise customers for data mining analysis in applied research to explore the system. To this end, the paper during the related fields based on the literature review, an analysis of the meaning of customer analysis, the core ideas, procedures and customer analysis system type. Then, through the common technique of data mining, data mining process, data mining, decision tree and neural network analysis techniques. Finally, the data mining technology in commercial banking, data analysis and decision tree analysis using data mining-based bank customer segmentation analysis of application examples. Empirical studies show that the model correctly predicted the sample is higher, so the methods of the valid and reasonable.
