Laser gas analyzer is a kind of gas analyzer which can analyze and detect one or several gas concentration in mixed gas or vapor with an advanced technology called tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy.Laser gas analyzer which has significant performance has already successfully applied into various industrial fields, such as ferrous metallurgy, petrochemical complex and environmental protection, etc. With the Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Policy carried out, laser gas analyzer will be greatly needed in the market and gain a tremendous developmental space.However, lacking Manufacturing Testing System makes the manufacturing testing process of laser gas analyzer extremely complex, time-wasting and inefficient. Meanwhile, there is no good study and application of how to design Manufacturing Testing System’for laser gas analyzer at present.The study purpose of this thesis is to design a Manufacturing Testing System with practical application value combined with related manufacturing practice so as to improve the manufacturing testing efficiency of laser gas analyzer. The study significance of this thesis is to make contribution to the improvement of manufacturing testing development for laser gas analyzer so as to realize its scale manufacture.The study methods is as follows:reading national and international information, taking part in the development and manufacture of laser gas analyzer, making deep study on the gas analytic principle of laser gas analyzer, systematically doing research on manufacturing status of laser gas analyzer, making deep study on the functional requirements of Manufacturing Testing System and finally proposing the design scheme for Manufacturing Testing System.The study content of this paper is as follows:In chapter one, it introduces the study background, the study significance and the study status of Manufacturing Testing System for laser gas analyzer. And it also introduces the key works of this paper. In chapter two, it deeply studies the gas analytic principle and manufacturing testing method of laser gas analyzer. And it also proposes a reliably arranged manufacturing testing process of laser gas analyzer. In chapter three, according to manufacturing testing process of laser gas analyzer, it puts forward a basic frame diagram of Manufacturing Testing System and deeply analyzes functional requirements of Manufacturing Testing System. It also points out the system framework and the network topology of Manufacturing Testing System and then places an emphasis on the introduction of the design scheme and the design essentials of Manufacturing Testing Working Terminal. In chapter four, it also weighs the developmental priority of the Manufacturing Test System and mainly develops Manufacturing Testing Working Terminal. Regarding to the system hardware design, it proposes the detail design scheme of gas circuit equipment and the selection principle of its related equipments. Regarding to the system software design, it introduces the development methods of upper-computer software.And it also proposes the selection principle of Manufacturing test system database and data access structure. In chapter five, combined with the functional requirements and the development procession of Manufacturing test system, it verifies and analyzes the systemic various functions. In chapter six, it concludes the general study contents of the paper and the study harvest. And it also points out the existing disadvantages of Manufacturing Test System.The study harvest of this paper lies in deeply studying on manufacturing testing methods of laser gas analyzer and proposing the design scheme of Manufacturing Testing System.It focuses on designing a simple, practical and stable Manufacturing Testing Working Terminal. At present, Manufacturing Testing System is able to effectively help manufacturer complete manufacturing testing process of laser gas analyzer. In the following improvement of automatic manufacturing test, there are still many problems need to be solved on Manufacturing Testing System, Such as the optimization of upper-computer software controlling precision, the optimization of trend analysis algorithm for measured values of gas concentration and the synchronous problems for database between the Manufacturing Testing Working Terminal and the server, etc.
