With the rapid development of the urban drainage and the company scale, thedemands of production cooperation was increasing. The current scattered computerapplications, and traditional methods were unable to meet the coordination needs.There existed such as“information blocked”,“unclear responsibilities”and“lowefficiency”problems. In term of these problems and the modern cooperation softwaretrend, this paper studied on the design and implementation for the productioncooperation platform for Hangzhou Drainage Co. LTD, guided by the mainstreamobject-oriented software development technologies(Microsoft .Net technology). In theprocess of the research and development, first some investigation and survey weremade on the traditional operating mode to analyse the existed problems and softwarerequirements. Reference to the characteristics of production cooperation, a frameworkof the production cooperation platform based on workflow technology were analysedand designed after studying some related software technologies. The platformframework was demonstrated in a brief as follows: (1) SOA-based architecture andworkflow management (BPM) design, and the interaction with the platform includingprocess routine definition, workflow engine and workflow monitoring&management;(2) Research on the specific implementation for the platform overall function basedon the distributed architecture by using WCF and ASP.net MVC technologiesprovided by Net Framework 3.5; (3) Applying the asynchronous request Extjsframework technology, the design of the front page greatly reduced the burden on theserver side, while providing a rich interactive user experience; (4) Taking fulladvantage of object-oriented technology, the design for the data access layer, businesslogic layer and their interactive operation was based on the interface programming, soit minmized coupling. Secondly, the overall design was presented, including thegeneral function, the main user interface(UI), the database E-R chart and the externalinterface design. Thirdly, the detail design was put forward, the appropriate workflowmodel for the business execution was founded, and the main moudules, such as newsrelease, professional collaboration, general coordination and system management,were described in process routine, data structures and activity aspects. Fourthly,software coding, software testing and field implementation were completed insequence. After user trial runing, the production cooperation platform software achieved the expected goal, got a good effect, and successfully passed user acceptance.Finally, the paper summarized the research and development work, and proposed thefurther research work.
