Analysing electroencephalogram (EEG) data is thinking of an important research method on study human brain, it can not only find many different results we don't know, but also explain some phenomena of human behavior. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a general method for study on EEG data, but there is little depth study which use it as main method, and most of study are incidental. There is especially scarce study which use PCA method with specific experiment, and this all provides a very favorable subject-oriented background.The aim of the present study was to detect and analysis EEG data among cortical regions during the feelings of pleasant and unpleasant emotions in male human, which may obtain the relationship of human brain and music-induced emotion. Then discuss the relationship. The above study provides experimental and theoretical basis for study on EEG data.In this paper, the EEG data obtained by experiment were mainly processed by principal component analysis. And then the first Principal Component (PC), the second PC have been extracted to calculate the first, the second PC contribution rate, and the PC loading. Then we can obtain the following conclusions:The first PC contribution rate of the pleasant music is lower than that of the state of noise, but the result of the second PC contribution rate is opposite. The emotion caused by the noise weak theta wave; theta wave have a closer relationship with the pleasant emotion, it makes the frontal electrodes and theta band closer; the emotion also impact the theta wave's activity, making the frontal regions and theta wave closer.We obtained from the analysis of the first principal component loading that pleasant mood induced by pleasant music impact the right frontal brain stronger than the left part. This research confirmed that the stirring and thrilling feelings produced by favorite musical stimuli impact the right frontal regions.This experiment show that different music can play a different role in right and left frontals in the different music background, meanwhile, it also can play a role in the feeling and emotion. It represents that the relationship about the frontal regions and theta band of pleasant musical emotion is closer than that of listening to noise. And it possibly indicates music which can bring pleasure for people may play a role of mediating emotional and acoustic integration.
