This dissertation presents the researching achievements focused on the body areanetwork structure and the transmission characteristics of the channel near the body, andbody area networks in remote medical monitoring system networking solutions. This thesis is based on the BAN network structure consisting of a briefintroduction, combined with the current development status of telemedicine, remotemedical monitoring system of the body area network design appropriate systemnetworking solutions. Finally focused on the near-body channel characteristics of thechannel combined with the current research results give a simulation analysis ofvalidation. Main focus here is on the in vitro characteristics of the channel.Analysis of telemedicine applications as well as medical status quo, combined withthe characteristics of the design of the BAN network itself is set to meet the networktransmission solutions for remote health monitoring system. The novel is in front of theremote server to join a VDS (Virtual Doctor Server) equipment, to enable the system tohighlight the intelligent and humane side. This thesis is targeted to a body area network technology in the medical field, anda set of remote medical monitoring system, network transmission system program. Thesystem mainly consist of BAN network, transmission network, and guardianship centralserver consists of three parts. Various medical sensors worn on the body’s real-timeacquisition user physiological parameters (such as pulse, heart rate, ECG, bloodpressure, etc.), and the original data collection in real time summary of transmission tothe smart mobile terminals; smart mobile terminals through a simple data processing, analysis storage and work later, and then the data send the results to VDS (virtualDoctor server), the VDS can be given a preliminary analysis of the results of asuggestion given to patients and health care. After the monitoring center server-sidedata by health professionals were observed and analyzed; also studied the characteristicsof the BAN channel of BAN channel due to the impact of the human body led to itsparticularity. BAN channel is different from conventional radio channel, so it must bestudied separately. Moreover, the related technology of the BAN is still in its infancy, the improvement of the transmission characteristics of the channel is a very importantaspect for achieving BAN system. This article discusses the analysis of the Body AreaNetwork channel in vivo and in vitro basic characteristics of the channel, focusing on the transmission characteristics of the in vitro channel, and the use of simulationsoftware with the current research conducted a simulation analysis. The simulation results show that: The paper analyzes the in vitro channeltransmission characteristics in line with the actual measured channel transmissioncharacteristics. This has important practical significance for further research body areanetwork to achieve.
