In recent years, with the trend of miniaturization of integrated circuits becoming more and fiercer, more and more products coming from science fiction movies are gradually becoming a reality.Whether it's Google's Google, glass or Apple's Iwatch,it's slowly changing the way we live.Wearable technology is leading the future direction of mobile Internet, which is not the lack of body area network related research. With the coming of the 5G era, many domestic and international studies have shown that the next generation mobile communications will be vigorously applied to the high frequency band, among which X band and KU band are widely studied by scholars. This paper will combine the research status of wireless LAN,network analyzer measurement and Study on 7-9GHz and 13-15GHz two bands with different size, indoor static and moving state of human body area network channel characteristics.Specific work has:First of all,in the laboratory of Yunnan University School of information are static and dynamic body area network of 7-9GHz and 13-15GHz two band UWB channel was measured using antenna for the laboratory developed processing of ultra wideband antenna,Agilent N5224A network analyzer for measuring equipment. The subjects simulated the running state, and measured the channel spectrum of the array under different postures. After the IFFT transform to the time domain, the power delay distribution map is made and the human eye observation is used for cluster analysis.Secondly, the influence of different body shape and motion state on channel characteristics is measured and compared. The results are compared with the reference, and the conclusions are basically consistent. Finally, using MATLAB statistics of each cluster average delay and RMS delay spread of two groups of important channel parameters, and the cluster probability density function is fitted with the fitting tool, and each cluster is closest to the fading model. The experimental results obtained from the channel fading can be seen in 13-15GHz band is fading in 7-9GHz band is more obvious, the cluster effect is not obvious, and the high frequency attenuation of the actual situation more than consistent, while big subjects greater attenuation of the signal is consistent with the basic theory of channel.
