With the development of social,video detecting system have be used in variousfieldsinthesocial lifeand production, such as the automatic industrialproduction,machine vision, intelligent transportation, medical imaging, satellite remote sensingandso and. Portableimaginganddisplay systems has the following characteristics,be easyto use,awiderange of applications, real-time processingofimage data, low cost, lowpower consumption.so,it is true that embeddedvideomonitoring systemhas becomethedevelopment trendofthevideomonitoring system.FPGA can working in parallel, If it beembedding large amounts ofdigital signalprocessingunit,such as multiplier,adder,andon-chip RAM. and then it can becomparedwith the advantage of DSP’s powerful function of signal processing.Thispaper presentsahigh-resolution CCDimaging control and real-time displaysystem usingthe FPGA, this system is designed to control CCD imaging, imagesignalpre-processing,and real-time displayofhigh-resolution image throughtheHDMIinterface.The CCD imaging control and real-time displaysystem hardwarecircuit is dividedintoaCCD imagingcircuitand real timedisplay of image circuit. ImagingcircuitusingtheCCDchipICX274which producedbySONY Corporationasamediaconverterparts, theICX274supportingdriver chipsCXD3609Rashorizontal andverticaldrivesignal generator, and the analog to digital conversionchipAD9945. Thedisplayboard using the FPGA chip EPIC12Q240C8which producedbyAlteraCorporationasthecore of the systemcontrol processor, MicronDevices’MT48LC32M16A2P-7ED SDRAMchipforhigh-speed datastreamcache, AnalogDevices’ADV7511for video encoder chip.The CCD imaging control and real-time displaysystem based on FPGA,InternalFPGA logic designcan be divided intothe followingmodules:CXD3609SPIthree-wireconfiguration module,which use for image acquisition; CCDimagesignal pre-processingFPGAlogic module designfor colorinterpolation, with thismodule theoriginalCFACCD outputdigital imagesignal is encodedinto aRGBcolorimage datastream;SDRAMinputandoutput buffermodule, SDRAMcontrol module,theADV7511configurationmodule,theADV7511interruptprocessing module,thecodingchipvideo datainput buffermodule,these module can realize the cache and format transformation of digital video datastream,finish Ping-Pang access to doubleSDRAMs;Serial transceivermodule be designedfor Human-computer interaction.As for the software development,QuartusⅡ11.0and ModelSim6.0are chosen as thesynthesis tool and simulating tool. According to the experimental results, the proposedthe CCD imaging control and real-time displaysystem based on FPGA,which provideshigh Stability and reliability,and It can meet thereal-time displayofhigh definitionvideorequirements.
