A Applied Research About Virtual Reality In Architectural Design Based On EON

Information and digital technology has been widely penetrated into every cornerof the architectural design field. With escalating requirements of architectural design, increasing complexity of building models and computer technology came into architectural design, virtual reality technology is incoming. Architectural designand architectural show have broken the single description of the traditional two-dimensional form, finally the architectural design has more intuitive expression, fromusing of the software design to replace the complex drawings, and later using three-dimensional modeling software, to the current virtual reality technology joined in. The application of virtual reality technology in architectural design has deepen the communication between the professional architects and non-professionals, has made building display in front of the users more intuitive, clear and vivid, and has solved the communication barriers about expertise effectively.Virtual reality technology for the architectural design provides a perfect platform to display and open up a broader space for development.This paper is a concrete example of application of virtual reality technology inarchitectural design, to combine architecture and computer science, using of virtualreality technology and computer-aided design. The paper main content is processing and analysis of three-dimensional model, and showing the three-dimensional virtual building model using virtual reality technology at last. Therefore, Firstly the paper studies the key technologies of virtual reality——collision detection; to improvethe traditional algorithm based on three-dimensional modeling,then use3DsMax the buildings display platform,. Secondly showing the3D building models dynamicall y by EON and light analysis. Finally to expand EON and VC interface features.
