With the popularization of network technology, attendant problems have beengradually attracting network security concern. Information hiding as an important part ofinformation security have become the main object of study for professional researchers,because of its copyright protection and other important role, The current information hidingproducts are mainly developed in form of software, which will limit the requirements of theuse of this product, for example, difficult to meet the real-time requirements. So it isdifficult for the promotion of such products. This paper studies the audio information hidingtechnology of the FPGA implementation. In the system design process system architecturehas been fully analyzed. The system’s hardware has been achieved by generating IP core. Atlast the system performance and application are analyzed.In this paper, the information hiding IP core development knowledge and research toolsare firstly studied, illustrating the way in IP core development based on information hidingalgorithm feasibility and necessity. Advantages for developing IP cores using FPGA areeasy to configure, easy to modify, use of flexible, functional specificity, etc., this paperanalyzes the characteristics of the above. This paper also analyzes the various methods ofinformation hiding, designing the LSB algorithm module and DCT algorithm module. Insystem design it operates mainly for the controllability of the system. It processes audioinformation and hidden information under the coordination of the main controller. Ultimaterealization of digital audio information processing core module is DAIH.Finally, this paper describes the tests of the overall performance mainly for the functionand performance. Function aspect is mainly for the completeness of hiding and extracting,while performance aspect is mainly for performance superiority of hardwareimplementation than software implementation. The prospects for application are researchedin the paper. An application example is designed according to the research of its applicationfields, showing its good practicability and wide application prospect.
