With the rapid development of different sensors technologies,there is a extensive applicationprospect for the tracking technology of maneuvering targets based on cooperation of multi-platforms.Meanwhile, studying the maneuvering targets tracking is significant both on theoretical and practicalin national defense. In this thesis, on the basis of the existing related research results, the trackingtechnology is studied, which towards aerial maneuvering multi-targets based on multi-platforms.First of all, in order to better comprehend the combination of multi-platform collaboration andmulti-target tracking, the principle of maneuvering targets tracking system is given. Furthermore, thegeneral approach of the systematical time-space alignment in the multi-platform data fusion system isanalyzed and the simulation results are provided.Then, considering the characteristics of the collaborative multi-platform tracking, the necessityand the detailed process of the initial configuration for sensors of moving platforms are studied. Withregards to tracking management, including the initiation, maintenance and termination, the relatedtheory and problems are introduced. And, the involved problem which should be paid attention to orsolved in different stages is studied. Especially, the tracking correlation in typical target-tracking isthe key technique, thus, the solution of crossing and combining tracking is given, and the simulationresults for correct correlative rate show the validity of the studied method.Fowllowing, the platform switching method in tracking process is proposed, to achieve theadvantage of multi-platforms’ coordination. The ideal and possible schemes can be obtained,according to the given superiority functions during tracking process. Furthermore, consindering theuncertainties of the practical system, the set pair analysis method is employed to obtain the rank ofpossible schemes, and the highest identity with the ideal scheme is chosen as the switching rule withinthe influence of uncertain factors.Finally, the Particle Filter (PF) is applied to single maneuvering target tracking based on bothsingle-platform and multi-platforms, and the compared simulation result show that the superiority ofmulti-platform’s collaboration can be achieved. Without considering theuncertainty factors of system,the conflict resolution based on bargaining games is proposed, which is used for solving the conflictproblem caused by motion and change of number in target system; Furthermore, the PF andMarginlized PF (MPF) is employed on maneuvering targets tracking based on multi-plotforms respectively, and the simulation results can illustrate the superity of MPF algorithm, as well as theavailability and validity of the developed method.
