The multisensor multitarget tracking technology is concerned with the realization of both multisensor target tracking and multitarget tracking. Multisensor target tracking is a paradigm of information fusion technique dealing with target tracking problem, it estimates target state through intelligent integration of multisensor data to gain better tracking performance than a single sensor does. Multitarget tracking is calssifying the measurements of numerous sensors according to their sources, and gaining the tracks of every target, then analyzing the varacity and reliability of the target tracks. This paper is concerned with three aspects of multisensor multitarget tracking technology, those are maneuvering target tracking, data association and fusion tracking.Interacting Multiple Model algorithm(IMM) is the popular maneuvering target tracking algorithm, in the light of the drawback of it, Genetic Algorithm-based Fuzzy Kalman Filter algorithm (GA-based FKF) is presented in this paper , and the simulation results show that it can improve the tracking performance and reduce the computational load.The Joint Probabilistic Data Association algorithm (JPDA) is the accepted effective data association algorithm, but it has high computational load, and it's not a Real-time algorithm. In order to solve these defects, a Fast Joint Probabilistic Data Association algorithm is proposed in this paper.In the aspect of the multisensor fusion tracking technology, due to the high computational costs of the Augmented Kalman Filter algorithm in center level fusion structure, and the bad track accuracy of fusion algorithm in sensor level fusion structure, the modified methods for each fusion structure are given in this paper.Finally, in this paper, the Genetic Algorithm-based Fuzzy Kalman Filter, Fast Joint Probabilistic Data Association algorithm and the modified fusion algorithm in sensor level fusion structure are applied to the modern airborne radar simulation system, and the simulation results are according with the system requirements.
