| We can only obtain serial slice image of two-dimensional gray-scale image by modernmedical scaning equipment at present, therefore the three dimensional reconstruction modelsof these slices show is still far away from the original tissure of realistic medical operation. Inorder to obtain simulated true color medical images, some algorithms of color transferationalgorithems are presented in this paper which can obtain the3D reconstruction medical imagesimulated true color result successfully. The main study in this paper are followed as medicalimage simulated true color by pseudo-color transferation of intensity gray-scale domain colortransferation, and color transformation algorithm of enhancing weight parameter by particleswarm optimization Algorithem and so on.The technique designed for MRI medical image color transferation in this paper consistsof4-parts as followed as:source image registration,target image pre-processing, colortransferation and simulating true color medical images application in3D reconstruction. Inthe beginning, it researches building the transfer function, which is figured out by coping thegray value histogram of MRI slices to the gray value histogram of true color buman body’smedical image afer clustering the gray value of MRI slices, and transferred into the3D data toachieve simulating true color medical image by one of the false color processing called grayregion color transferation. Secondly, it analyses color transferation deeply by comparingReihard algorithm to Welsh algorithm and distinguishing the system of medical imaging fromtrue color imaging on the basis of analysing some typical color model.Thirdly, it process thesorceimage with resolution degradation, median filter and separating background usingneighborhood color moment information; process the source images with gray region driftand diagonal difference filter, from which the result of medical image color transferation isimproved. In the part of advanced color transferation algorithm, a new algorithm which isparticle swarm optimization algorithm based on gravitational fieldis is used to optimize thematching function so that the color transferation can achieve from one source image to severalMRI images, whose result is generally coping with true medical anatomy color. In the3D datasegementation experiment, colored image shows better different level origin configurationsegementation result than of gray image. In the end, an introduction is made to show theframe work and the operating procedures of the whole software program.As the experiment result showed, the application of color transferation algorithm by adjusting the ratio of matching function parameter of pixel intensity between source imageand target image with PSO based on gravitational field, can obtain a better color transferationand3D reconstuction result of simulating true medical operation. |
