The Design And Implementation Of Government Office System Based On SOA Architecture

Chinese government information has achieved initial results after20years ofdevelopment: IT application foundation facilities of various governments have alreadyquite complete, the network construction has made great progress under the push ofthe “government online project”. With the increase in the level of OA andmanagement information, the construction of electronic information resourcesconstruction which adapts to the government office business and helps to leadscientific decision-making needs takes shape.Based on the municipal governments existing office systems’ integration anddesign for the target, firstly, this thesis analyzes the municipal governments officesystem business processes and detemine the overall framework of information. Theoverall framework relies on information professionals, information technology andindustry as the basis, standardized system as a guide, to manage the operation andmaintenance system for the protection, in order to improve the web-based, to integrateinformation resources to the core, to build security and application support platform asa hub, to strengthen the application for key, to regard service as the purpose. It bulidsinstitution information system which is complete system, a sound platform,application of in depth, resource sharing, security. The municipal governmentinformation developments will continue to develop the decision support, businessmanagement, transaction management based on demand, and constantly promoteresource sharing and business collaboration, establish a complete system of institutioninformation application.The project goal is to initially build a unified SOA-based architecture, securityand application support platform for upgrading municipal government officedocument management system and intelligent document exchange system, based onsecurity and application support platform, to integrate meeting management,decision-making and supervision and other applications, to achieve the initial corebusiness processes of the municipal government office networking, digital, integrated,and further improve office efficiency and quality.In this paper, SOA architecture model, and focus in the design mode of the SOAapplication architecture to explore and try and build the SOA architecture pattern forthe Government Office.Study government applications Service Bus SOAimplementation patterns, combined with single sign-ona variety of security measures,research and safety support and tools for application integration support.
