Research And Implementation Of Document Approval System Based On SOA Technology

During the process of enterprise informatization, along with a growing number ofbusiness processes and information dates, these new business processes and informationdates become an uncontrollable factor in the business management. The traditional methodsof software design can effectively solve the classification of statistics and applications ofinformation dates. However, the demand for new business processes is difficult to meet,almost every changes of business process need to do the work of development, whichmakes the costs of software maintenance remain high.At the same time, it is hard to solve the problem of system sharing, synchronousoperation and information exchanges between multiple departments. The majority of thebusiness departments have many different applications and systems. Because these systemsare designed by using different aspects of language, platform and database interface, theyalso lack unified port design standards, all these factors cause the system on the function ishard to realize interoperability. Thus, the need for cooperation on the business department isdifficult to realize resources sharing. This will lead to the exchange of information betweenthe departments can’t be guaranteed and bring a great impact on the management work.Along with the deepen process of enterprise informationization, the requirements of theresource utilization and process integration become more and more strict, the increase andthe recycling in business process reengineering become more and more frequently.First of all, in this environment, this paper studies the influence of the developmentprocess by using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in the enterprise application software,analyzes the functions and possible challenges of SOA in Chinese enterprise restructuringprocess, and put forward a variety of solutions, which formed a implementation of the roadmap of SOA in China. Then the paper elaborates the core concept of SOA “put service as a component”, and subdivides the “component” into the application front, basic services,intermediary services, processes-centric services, and summarizes their respectivecharacteristics and relationships.And then, from the viewpoint of the users’ demand, it puts the forward of overall planby using the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) develops Document Approval System(DAS), and researches how to solve the key problems of the system:1) flexible certificateapproval;2) real-time process management of certificate process3) the management of thecompany’s organizational structure;4) the information management of suppliers. On thisbasis, this paper sets up a complete modeling from the business model and the systemstructure of the Document Approval System. As the small and medium-sized applicationwithin the enterprise software system, the Document Approval System should try to makethe design and development processes become fast and agile, which can respond quickly tochanges in demand and meet the needs of users. This article uses checks examinationsubsystem as an example of DAS, follows the development mode of RUP, design thesystem in the aspect of technical platform view, case view, logic view, development view,dealing view. And then uses check vouchers as the specific case, detailing the specificapplication of SOA in the DAS in the form of program, database design and the feeling ofthe users.Finally, the Document Approval System has been officially launched for half a year.The system has won the praise of users because of it’s stable performance, high efficientoperation of the certificate and friendly user interface. During the operation period, thesystem increases cash vouchers module and note vouchers module. Because the software isdesigned by SOA, the program code modifies little, which reflects the great advantage ofSOAin the aspect of reengineering process and code reuse.
