Nowadays, as the rapid development of embedded technology,portable embedded product gradually becomes life necessity. At the sametime, users eagerly hope new embedded product is to smooth and efficientgraphics rendering capabilities and to meet customer’s demand for theapplication display. With the embedded hardware in recent years of rapiddevelopment, calculation speed further enhanced and the storage capacitycontinuous expanded, it is possible to develop embedded3D graphicstechnology.In this thesis, the main work is improve the OpenGL ES3D surfacerendering system in the low cost embedded products, and proposes asolution about how to optimize drawing system on the OpenGL ES base onthe Cordic algorithm and3DS technology. The graphics system testingruns in the android operating system, RK2818and RK2918platform, andobtained the optimal solution of3d drawing in the low cost embeddedproducts base on the draw graphics systems of OpenGL ES.This thesis firstly review the history and status quo of the OpenGL ESgraphics systems, as well as the research significance of the embedded3dgraphics technology, while describe the objective of this topic in detail.Secondly these theses briefly introduced the drawing pipeline of OpenGLES and describe the drawing principle of the OpenGL ES, as well as focusedon the OpenGL ES1.x standard and proposed the solution of how toimprove and optimize drawing system in this paper. At present, the keytechnology of OpenGL ES3D drawing in the embedded system is how todraw a curved surface, so in the body of this paper, exploring the basic ofcurved surface drawing in detail and proposing the corresponding designimplementation. At the last of this thesis, the main work is to test and verifythe performance of function model of the3d graphics, such as translation, rotation transformation, lighting operation, propose the best drawingsolution, achieve curved surface drawing on the low cost embedded product.
