The development of the Internet brings so many business opportunities to theNetwork Advertising, which makes the merchant post the ad on the web sites. It is apity that it unble to guarantee the commercial effects of ad placement for lacking ofthe specialized analyse and management. Therefore, we should provide optimaldelivery of maiking services to meet the need of the network ads marketing based onthe monitoring and analysis of the network ads.At the same time, more and more websites are according to different people in theinternet popular era. The system used the framework of Struts+Spring+Hibernate and ExtJS2.0, compling with the methodology of software engineering, finished requirementsanalysis, design, detailed design, implementation, testing and on-line.Firstly, this paper introduce of the requirement analysis (functional requirementsanalysis, non-functional requirements analysis), the design of system (designprinciples, safety, architecture design, technology design, dependence of the elementsdesign, function design), the detail design of system (timing funcations design, workflow design, data design). Secondly, this paper introduces implementation, testing anddeployment online of the system based on the key technology used by the system.Finally, this paper describes the comparison of the system to two similar productsQuired Media&Google Analytics, which are more prefect products in this industry,in order to get further progress.
